| シングル・コンピレーションアルバム「Galore」に 収録されている1997年発表の唯一の シングル"Wrong Number"は、 残念ながら日本及びアメリカでは リリースされませんでした。 ヨーロッパでは 10月21日にCDが2種類、イギリスでは11月17日に CDと12インチシングルレコードが 出ているほか、オーストラリア、 ニュージーランドでも リリースされています。 収録曲はリミックスばかりの 構成で、しかもイギリス盤、ヨーロッパ盤で 収録リミックスが異なります。 "Wrong Number"の プロデューサーには ロバートと Mark Saundersの他、Mark Platiも初参加。 彼は、David Bowieの アルバム「Earthling」のミックスを 担当しており、ロバートは 1997年の1月に ニューヨークでBowieの誕生日ライブに 参加した時に彼と出会ったそう。 またDavid Bowie(Tin Machine)の ギタリストReeves Gabrelsも "Wrong Number"に ゲスト参加しています。 なお各リリースで発表された "Wrong Number"の リミックスは全部でなんと8種類でした。 リミックスの一部には The Cureには珍しい 女性シンガー（Andrea ＆ Angela）も ゲスト参加しています。 |
